After several years living outside of Israel, it is not uncommon to see native- born Israelis who want to return. The reasons are varied but the evidence is clear: more and more native-born Israelis are coming home.
It’s great news and because the government wants to encourage more native-born Israelis to come home it has removed many tax obstructions to ease their return.
In May 2010, the Government of Israel mandated that Israelis who return between May 16, 2010 and September 30, 2012, and who meet all conditions* set by the Government, can receive special benefits.
